One of our client in Karawang area(Surya Cipta), Japanese company (manufacturing) automotive part, looking for HR Supervisor, located Karawang Timur

Requirement :

Candidate must posses at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required skills: Recruitment Process, BKPM regulation by online, Training & Development, Coordination with Local Organization & Union.

Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.

Age. 30-40 years old.

Must have Ahli K3 Umum License

Familiar with BPJS process & procedure

Good relation with goverment & union

Reporting & Controlling PKWT & PKWTT

Good Negotiation Skill

Familiar with UU No. 13 Tahun 2013
