Responsibility:

Handling Industrial relation, bipartite

Arrange new system in factory area.

Responsible for recruitment process.

Responsible for promotion, demotion, and mutation employee.

Responsible for coaching & counseling employee.

Responsible for monitor attendance employee, calculate salary, bonus, allowance, etc.
