Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 4-6 Year(s) of working experience in manufacture company.
• Skill: Good Communication, Negotiation, Presesntation, target oriented.

Responsibility:

• Planning and controlling sales to meet organizational sales target.
• Gathering customers, competitors and market information to plan and execute sales strategies properly.
• Ensuring in active involvement of developing short and long-term sales/ trade policies/guidelines related to trade/channels and their effective implementation.
• Monitoring & supervising daily activities of sales team and endow with necessary guidelines.
• Analyzing market trends and recommending changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Analyzing & monitoring party wise sales, payments and dues. Submission monthly sales statement and necessary report.
• Preparing comprehensive monthly & yearly sales forecast upholding Sales & Operation Process (S&OP)
• Developing market geographically and demographically.
• Ensuring supply & proper distribution of products cost effectively.
• Solving various types of problems and handling complaints of both dealers and consumers with high priority to satisfy their needs and concerns.
