MATCHJOBSID – Application Engineering
One of our client in Bekasi area, Europe-USA company (trading) chemical equipment/laboratory(scale digital), looking for Application Engineering, located Bekasi Barat :
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): PLC, HMI, SCADA, Automation, Load cells, Scale Digital, Technical Equipment, Process Control System, Marketing Process
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

To provide technical support that primarily related to our brand's industrial weighing controllers; instruments; software and related accessories.

Responsible for study, design and propose appropriate weighing and control system that suits customer's functional and budgetary requirements.

Responsible for project coordination, sourcing of supplier/instruments, design and execution of special projects.

To organize, and conduct products training, seminar internally and externally.

To carry out allocated work efficiently in term of overall system's performance; instrument's operation; communication within controllers/instruments; etc.

Responsible for pre-sales ground-work in term to understand customer's actual needs and requirement.

To support, assist and configure our brand's controller(s) and ensure proper communication with other devices (Eg. SCADA; PLC; HMI; display; load cells; printer; etc).

Conduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers.

Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or services.

Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer document.

Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.

Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system.

Adhere to customer's site operating procedures / rules and health / safety / environment regulations.
