MATCHJOBSID – Application Engineering

One of our client in Bekasi area, Europe-USA company (trading) chemical equipment/laboratory(scale digital), looking for Application Engineering, located Bekasi Barat :

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): PLC, HMI, SCADA, Automation, Load cells, Scale Digital, Technical Equipment, Process Control System, Marketing Process
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
  • To provide technical support that primarily related to our brand's industrial weighing controllers; instruments; software and related accessories.
  • Responsible for study, design and propose appropriate weighing and control system that suits customer's functional and budgetary requirements.
  • Responsible for project coordination, sourcing of supplier/instruments, design and execution of special projects.
  • To organize, and conduct products training, seminar internally and externally.
  • To carry out allocated work efficiently in term of overall system's performance; instrument's operation; communication within controllers/instruments; etc.
  • Responsible for pre-sales ground-work in term to understand customer's actual needs and requirement.
  • To support, assist and configure our brand's controller(s) and ensure proper communication with other devices (Eg. SCADA; PLC; HMI; display; load cells; printer; etc).
  • Conduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers.
  • Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or services.
  • Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer document.
  • Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.
  • Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system.
  • Adhere to customer's site operating procedures / rules and health / safety / environment regulations.
