One of our client in Bekasi area, Europe-USA company (trading) chemical equipment/laboratory(scale digital), looking for Service Technician, located Bekasi Barat

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.

Required language(s): English

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Strong Electrical PLC, PC, Technical Role, Pneumatic System.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.

Experience in Service Environment, Excellent Technical Acument.

Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field event such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration,verfication, etc.

Established service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance test.

Serves existing account by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaint; conducting test; resolving problems.

Maintains report with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; seuggesting improved methods and techniques; reccomending system improvements
